USA AMATEUR BOXING REGISTRATION & FEES
Registration Participation
All participating members – boxers, coaches/assistant coaches, officials, physicians, administrators, clerks/inspectors, etc. – must be registered with USA Boxing. January 1 through December 31 annually. Cost $40.00 (Cash or Money Order) New Boxers (beginners) (Female/male) must complete the follow: 1. Fill out Registration Form 2. Provide Copy of Birth Certificate 3. Provide Two passport picture photos
